| The need for items that you carry may often be urgent. Lace Heavens website was easy to access and the order I placed was processed quickly and efficiently. The order total that I received via email confirmation was initially confusing but the memos that a handling charge and mailing charges would be added were very clear. It would have been helpful to have that included in the order confirmation but you clearly stated that additional charges were forthcoming and the order came in so quickly little time passed before I knew what the final charge would be. The product that I purchased was accurately represented on the website. I was able to save a picture of the applique that I wanted and email it to the person who was going to use it on a costume for their approval. Valuable time was saved. Thank you. Paula |
